Program Terms & Conditions:

• A referral is defined as homeowner who contracts with Rainy Day Roofing for a new or replacement roof of at least 1,600 square feet as defined by roof size.
  
  
• A referral becomes a qualified customer once their roof is complete.
  
  
• You may not refer your own primary residence into the program. If we have re-roofed your primary residence , you may refer a second home, rental property, etc.
  
  
• Referrals may not also be classified as a Non-Profit 501(c)3.
  
  
• Referrals must be made through the Referral Form on this site and confirmed prior to the referred homeowner having had any initial contact with Rainy Day Roofing.
  
  
• Every referral may have only 1 referrer.
  
  
• The signed agreement must be for a full roof-replacement to be eligible.
  
  
• Employees of Rainy Day Roofing are ineligible for the referral program.
  
  
• You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States.
  
  
• Not applicable for commercial entities (Property Managers, Insurance Companies, Builders, etc.).

*** Rainy Day Roofing in its sole discretion reserves the right to change the above referral program details with or without notice. Rainy Day Roofing in its own judgment reserves the right to disqualify any entity with or without cause without participant consent due to unforeseen circumstances.
